2021 – Foundation and Vision 

Grand Akshaya was established in 2021 under the visionary guidance of Mr. Keshav Reddy, a seasoned expert with over 25 years of experience in the field of commercial real estate development. His deep industry insight, strategic leadership, and unwavering commitment laid the foundation for a company that would rapidly grow to make a mark in the sector.
2022 – Foray into Land Development: Bangalore Project 

Marking a significant evolution in its business portfolio, Grand Akshaya expanded beyond commercial developments and entered the realm of land development. The company’s first land development project was launched in the vibrant city of Bangalore, reflecting a strategic move to tap into the urban expansion and housing demand. Late 2023 – Expansion to Gudibanda: Phases 1 & 2

With growing recognition and momentum, Grand Akshaya initiated its second major land development project in Gudibanda at the end of 2023. The project was launched in two initial phases, reflecting both confidence in the market and the company's robust planning capabilities.
